Damaged or Defective Items
If your paddle arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, contact us at kaidoathletics@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review on a case-by-case basis and, where warranted, offer a replacement or refund.
Order Issues
If you received the wrong item or your order didn't arrive, reach out within 14 days and we'll make it right.
All claims must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Keep the paddle dry, clean the surface gently, avoid harsh cleaning materials, avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat.
