All Sales Are Final
KAIDO Athletics paddles are produced in small batches. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to: change of mind, sizing or feel preference, buyer's remorse, or dissatisfaction with performance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your paddle arrives with a manufacturing defect or was visibly damaged during shipping, contact us at kaidoathletics@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
Please include:
Your order number
Photos or video clearly showing the issue
We will review each claim individually and, at our discretion, offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund to your original payment method.
Incorrect or Missing Orders
If you received the wrong item, or your order never arrived, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
Proof of Purchase
All claims must include a valid order number or receipt. Claims without proof of purchase cannot be processed.
Non-Returnable Circumstances
We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.
